2nd Course- Lamb Rib Chop with pea shoots, mint vinaigrette & garlic roasted marble potatoes

3rd Course- Spring Greens with roasted artichokes,  with a blood orange-carrot vinaigrette with baby stem on carrot

4th Course- Prime Sirloin with roasted fennel mash
