          The JP cut- have your prime rib dusted with cracked pepper and flashed on the grill

Prime Rib Iceberg Salad- 8oz slice of roast prime rib topped with blue cheese on a thick slice of iceberg with tomatoes, cucumbers, bacon, croutons & creamy blue cheese dressing 17

Roast Pork Loin Dinner- with mashed potatoes, gravy, mixed vegetables & apple sauce 17

Roast Leg of Lamb- garlic roasted marble potatoes, mixed vegetables & gravy 19

Strip Steak with Forest Mushrooms-Thick cut NY strips with a forest mushrooms in Marsala wine, mashed potatoes & mixed vegetables 27
